In Hawaii they're called 'slippers' and Everyone wears them pretty much Everywhere (except all flip flops/shoes are usually removed before entering someone's home), however, yours are too small for your feet - no toe-spillage allowed!!
So true! I have to remind myself when I'm visiting someone's home on the mainland not to automatically remove my shoes.
Nothing wrong with your feet. I have seen guys with disgusting toes and toenails that look like they have never been washed. Made me sick. Guys, if you have no feet hygiene wear regular shoes and socks.
No man should ever wear these hideous things. Even on the beach, they look feminine and silly. And I don't care how "well kept" or "pretty" a person thinks his feet are, they're not -- they're feet. It's among one of my top pet peeves, and I will not and have never dated a man who wears these. Completely gross.
Technically; thongs, used in showers or not- still fli flops, if a chick was wearing them, they'd not only be flip flops, but would probably have a flower, or some sparkly on them.

Shower-shoes are light, flimsy, do not have any cloth parts in order to speed drying and generally do not hold-up very well to outside walking. Flip-flops are much sturdier, many times have cloth parts and can be regularly used outdoors.
Buy some leather sandals. Your feet have outgrown flip flops.

I often use a wire mesh that is more revealing than leather sandals but less revealing than flip-flops. I bought them at Bass in 2008. I don't know if they still have them but I have seen similar items in other stores.

OP, this is what I am referring to. If a woman does not like feet, would you REALLY want to date her? And if she starts nit-picking your feet and shoe choice, what ELSE will she nit-pick? You must ask yourself that.
I ask this question because when I wear sandals to college my friends say that it is not attractive to women see a man in flip-flops. They say that my feet are ugly . is that true ?

For crying out loud wear what you want just make sure the shoes fit properly. If a woman is not attracted to you because you don't wear a specific shoe she is not worth the time to introduce yourself.
