Cute and classic on fingers as long as nails do not extend past the fingertips, otherwise they just look like trashy porn nails. French pedicures are disgusting and absolutely nauseating If past the ends of the toes (regardless of polish color). The pic in the OP makes me want to vomit up my lunch. That is nasty AF - looks like a Komodo dragon or like something that hangs from a branch. WTH would think that is attractive in any way.

I'm glad you said it first! Why do we start growing hair on our big toes? I don't remember that when I was younger.
That first picture is just gross. I've seen people out and about who get acrylics on their big toes and keep them long; it makes me want to barf. I'm not a foot person to begin with so if your toenails look like you could swoop down from the sky and pluck your dinner out of the lake please cover them up.
I'm not fond of French pedicures either. It looks like the toenails should be doing something. Like typing, or holding on to a cigarette.

I live in Florida so maybe that's why I have always liked a french manicure and pedicure as long as the toenails aren't long. It's just seems like a clean look to me. However, it is now a "dated" look and I rarely see them anymore.
My opinion is that if your toenails are long enough for a French pedicure, they are too long, period.
