This is the same logic people use to claim homosexuality is a choice. No, nice boobs turn us on. We are pre-programmed to have it turn us on. It isn't "learned". If you don't want us staring at the boobs cover them up.
In all honestly, having boobs covered does not prevent said staring. Being dressed in an oversized puffy anorak three sizes too big that makes one's silhouette resemble the Stay-Puft marshmallow man might...might...prevent said staring. But that's not very reasonable, now is it?
Personally if some chick wants to let it all hang out fine with me. I'm alll for equality. Either way after a while it will be like no big deal. In Europe people dint give two ****s about a woman walking down a beach topless. But they are a lot more used to that type of nudity. Either way if a woman wants to go topless DONT ***** when guys stare at your ta-ta's. It's uncommon therefore it's something to stare at. After a while nobody is gonna give a crap because the shock value just isn't there anymore.
This is nothing more than shock value. If it wasn't in the news or publicity and nobody made a big deal over it it simply would be another article in the Who Cares Gazette.

You can be turned on, but that doesn't mean you have to act on it. People get turned on by people wearing boots. They can't control that. But they don't need to go up to the person say "I think they are hot."
This is a big thing in parts of Europe, except the battle's already been fought, and it's' now perfectly normal for women to go topless in parks and other public areas. It's not considered sexual, from what Europeans tell me--women sitting in parks, sunning themselves, topless.
Exactly. We are such prudes about our bodies. Female breasts are there for the purposes of feeding babies first and foremost. Their second purpose is two (!) cover the ribcage

No, not at all. My point is simply men cannot control the instinct that makes boobs attractive to them. How they behave is up to them.
