I wonder if the clothes you stay in home in (when watching movies, cooking, reading) differ from what you wear when you go to bed. Is there any reason to change clothes before go to sleep? I do change but it seems like a useless ritual to me. The clothes I'm in home is clear and comfortable so I see no reason to change it to something else like pyjamas to go to bed.
when i come home i cannot stand the clothes i have worn to work even though they are pretty comfy. so i put on a housedress that i wear to bed, i wear it all evening, i walk around barefoot, cant stand shoes. this is nice - if i get cold in winter i just put a housecoat on. but on saturday and sunday, its cotton clothes for me.
I just can't get comfortable at night if I'm wearing clothes in bed. To me, clothes are for the daytime and for when you have to be around other people. When it's time to go to bed for the night, they are all coming off!
It's hard to get to sleep when I'm visiting family because I sleep on the sofa and I gotta wear clothes, lol.
I like a t-shirt and panties. Short-sleeved tee for the summer and long-sleeved for the winter. I get cold easily but can't stand to wear anything on my legs. It's the cat's job to keep them warm.
Who cares? is there some rule that says that anyone wanting to make a comment shouldve done it a year ago?
The way I see it, it's actually encouraged by C-D. Otherwise, it wouldn't allow it. I wasn't around since the beginning of C-D, so a lot of times, the old threads are new to me.
And conversely, some of the current threads are pages and pages and pages long, and I get tired of them.
To each their own. I've never really understood why anyone gets aggravated by it.
I used to have a friend who always slept in pajamas, AND kept a coat or jacket on the bed, AND had all her animals sleep on the bed with her and her husband.
Her reasons for doing so was because she had a cousin, who's house caught on fire and burned to the ground. The cousin was scrambling to cover herself in something to get out of the house, and all the pets perished.
To ME, I'd hate to give up the freedom and comfort of naked sleeping, based on the small chance my house would catch on fire. Although, I understand how my friend felt.
