Does anyone here enjoy wearing long socks/knee socks togehter with short shorts/short skirts?

In my honest opinion, this is an outfit which looks extremely nice on females. Heck, even I would wear it if I either fully/completely cross-dressed or got a sex change in the future.

Thoughts? And Yes, this is a completely serious question.

It's more of a schoolgirl look and I only see grown women dress like that as a costume usually.

As an Old, it just reminds me of Clueless.

Not for anyone who is adult and not in the adult entertainment industry.

i.e., when worn by adult women, it's generally worn as a costume.

What's wrong with the movie Clueless, exactly? (And Yes, I myself have already seen this entire movie.)

Nothing, it's one of my favorite movies, it's just that their clothes aren't really anything to be emulated, even 20 years later. Too costumey.

OK; However, this raises the question: Why exactly is it more of a schoolgirl look? Is it perceived as being too sexy for adult women to wear, or what?

Thank for clarifying.

I suppose that the "too costumey" part might be a matter of opinion, though.

To be fair, though, I did see at least one case of a prominent adult woman who is not an actress who publicly wore a short skirt and knee boots.

Or are knee boots perceived differently than knee socks are?

It's because a girls' school uniform is often a knee-length skirt with tights or knee socks.
