Does "Sexy" Also Apply to the Face, or Mainly the Body (or Aura)? (head, curly)

Well yeah, of course, sexy can be a lot of different things to different people...I guess when it comes to arousal, it's a combination of visual, physical/touch/sound.etc.
When you're considered "sexy"- is there such a thing as a "sexy face" or is it more about the body/ aura.
There are no sexy faces, but there are sexy bodies. Also, a person can have an air of sexiness about them that is separate from their body and face. But, it just so happens that it this "sexy air" of a person is almost always accompanied by a sexy body. Its rarer than a sighting of a Bigfoot playing hopscotch and an alien grey to see an overweight woman who has this sexy air/presence about her though.
A face can be pretty, beautiful, hot, but IMO, only a body can be sexy. Although, a person can have sexy styled hair (i.e., Kim Kardashian or Victoria's Secret runway model).

Not exactly. Sex appeal related to a face usually gas something to do with their expression. A sly smile .... Twinkle in your eyes ...

So in this logic, "fresh-faced" can't look sexy.
What are features of a "sexy face "in men and ladies?
It's mostly about the aura, I think. I used to work with a woman that was kind of plain faced and had maybe what would be considered an "average" body, at best, for a woman around 30. She also seemed a bit on the quiet side. Yet, she carried herself with a lot of confidence and had this aura about her, and men would fall all over her.
Similarly, back in college, I dated a very pretty young woman, but she had one of those "light up the room" smiles and men would just flock to her when she started flashing it about. Didn't have a great body, but was very outgoing and had a pretty face.
Also, I used to work with another young woman that had a killer body - she worked on weekends in NYC as a bikini model - and luxurious long dark, curly hair. Yet, she didn't have that aura/air of confidence about her at all - guys would look her way and note the great figure, but not really be drawn to her.
It's what's on the inside that makes the outside sexy. Not vice-versa.
I cannot disagree more. No matter how great a person is on the inside, if their outside looks like Momma June from Honey Boo Boo, Rebel Wilson, or Susan Boyle, there is NO WAY that anyone on the plant (or even galaxy) will find them to be "sexy". Never heard of anyone going around talking about how sexy Mother Teresa was either.
I think you are confusing "sexy" with a type of "beautiful". A person can be beautiful on the inside, but ugly on the outside. This does NOT make them sexy.
"Sexy" applies to any quality or trait applicable to the individual making such a personal determination. Anything can be sexy, though some opinions are certainly more abnormal than others.
