I suppose the obvious answer is that she takes care of her skin, like a lot of women do. It's common to see women in their 40s whose faces have no wrinkles or lines. The reason for that is that they've taken care of their skin over the years.
U i look 20 and I'm 26. My mom looked like she was my older sister when she was 50, so it runs in the family. I do eat well, workout and drink lots of water. I don't use sun block or anything special to my skin, besides coco butter. I don't go out in the sun long enough to get dark. And I'm a Carmel skinned black woman so I don't try to get tan or expose myself to the sun longer than necessary. All of this contributes to me looking young, along with genes.
I think that nutrition plays a huge role in how we age. I have often noticed that people who eat few fruits and vegetables, and instead eat a lot of processed junk tend to age much faster. Cigarettes also age you very quickly, as does heavy drinking (but cigarettes do seem to take more of a toll on appearance than alcohol).
Too much sun exposure is another skin destroyer. I am turning 30 this year, but look like I am in my early to mid 20s (or maybe it's all in my mind, haha)! I try to take care of myself... I stay physically active, incorporate nutritious foods in my diet and wear a face moisturizer with sunscreen daily (I am a guy, and yes, guys can take care of their skin too)
The skin really tells alot about a person's health. If they are aging prematurely on the outside, there is a good chance that their internal health is suffering as well. To me, it's not just about "looking young." It's about both looking and feeling your best as you age.
I am also curious about the picture. Maybe she has a good diet and work schedule.
