I agree with 8635 angelvalley, Nailtiques is fantastic. It really does WORK. Its not too cheap...about $12 for a small bottle..but a bargain in what you get for results.
The stuff w**mentard do...............high heels, pie gobbed all over the face, fake this, face that, ridiculous eyelashes and fingernails..............glad I am a guy.
I have thin flimsy nails, always have, they run in my family. One of the things that really does help but takes time is to slather on the hand cream and nail cream, put your hands in baggies and use spa mitts (Basically heating pads for your hands) to bake your hands for a half hour. Baking the cream in really gets it deep, and the effects LAST. At least they do for me, and I wash dishes by hand daily in hot soapy water.
It makes my nails feel sturdier and more pliable.
I do it two or three times a week... but I also have arthitis in my thumb joint, and the heat feels GOOD...
