I personally don't like the word curvy as a euphemism for "overweight" because it obscures the fact that people of all sizes carry weight differently and have different body shapes. Some are rulers, some are hourglasses, some are apples, some are pears, some are inverted triangle.
Just because I wear the same clothing size as someone, doesn't mean that item will fit me the same way.
I really hate those magazine outfit recommendations that do not take the differences in proportions into account. Someone who is 28F-24-36 is going to have similar fit issues to someone who measures 34G-32-44. They would also have quite similar proportions vs someone who measures 34B-26-34, even though this person's measurements are closer to the first example.

There are all sorts of ways for tissue to be distributed,
weight/curves look & feel different on each individual body.
