Lots of people are rude. It's not like this happened on her first time there. She had tanned there before, the standing bed she used before was out of order, she was told she couldn't use the other and things went downhill from there because her feeling got hurt due to her being over the weight limit for the bed. Guess what she needs to lose weight or wait fot the other bed to get fixed. She entered into a contract, and she can't expect to be released from the contract because she has hurt feelings. I'm willing to bet she wasn't 100% innocent in this whole transaction.

You can't control a disability anymore than skin color. Weight can be controlled, and therefore is not a disability. She was being accommodated in the stand up bed. Unfortunately it was out of order. she should have just came back on another day, but nope instead she contacted the media to bully the business. People need to grow up, and learn that in life everything is not always going to go your way.
