What do you think the biggest reasons are?

Irritates their hand?
Want to look "available"?
Keeps it in safe place like a safe deposit box?

I wear mine. I can't think of a reason not to wear it. Why do so many married not wear their rings?

I think my husband wore his for the first year we were married. He just doesn't like wearing rings, and it never bothered me.
Actually, I don't wear mine anymore either. I have two, a plain one, and a diamond one, and just can't be bothered to take them out unless I'm dressing up.

My father always wore one, and two of my three married brothers do, but it was never a big issue in my marriage.

Afraid to lose it. During baseball my hand is always swollen. Fishing or hunting I'm afraid to lose it then too.

Do you need jewelry to remain faithful? I wear it on date night etc. but don't really need to. I know who I'm coming home to.

Mine has never worn his. He tried for maybe 1 week, but could not stop messing with it. He never wore jewelry before and it drove him nuts having something stuck on his finger..

Of course people do what they want regarding this issue, but if it stays on your finger & is the right fit, it shouldn't just slide off to get lost.

I hate wearing all jewelry. I absolutely assure you that I have nothing to hide.

I had offered my wife that I would get a tattoo if it bother her. Good thing she said no bc I not a fan of tattoo either.

I don't wear mine simply because I am allergic to silver, gold and platinum but more men probably don't wear a ring because they work with their hands for a living. Around machinery, a ring can easily be a finger guillotine.

My dad never wore his wedding ring. Even in pictures the same year he married my mother (32 years together). He doesn't wear it for a bunch of different reasons, none of which have to do with infidelity or appearing single. He never goes anywhere so that's laughable.
