My absolute favorite was Dune by Christian Dior. It would last all day and got me compliments galore hours after I applied it. Unfortunately, they have re-formulated it and it is NOTHING like the old formula. What a disappointment, and since it wasn't cheap, a sickening waste of money. I am still searching for a woody, powdery soft fragrance to replace it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

DKNY Cashmere Mist - I love it so much that I wear the deodorant too for the delicious smelling layer effect...

My favorite cologne is Romance by Ralph Lauren and, like PhoneLady, I receive tons of compliments when I wear it -- from both men and women. It's gotten so costly for me that I now save it for special occasions. My everyday cologne is an old favorite and much less costly -- Jovan's Vanilla Musk.

My favorite is one I make, but I can't afford the ingredients so it's been a couple years since I've made any. My second favorite is Eau d'Hadrien, from Annick Goutal of Paris.
