What does a skirt feel like? (legs, difference, thin, long)

As a guy, I do wonder sometimes (although I am straight, and oppose transvestism.) I have heard they are restrictive, but what if they are knee-length or above, and are fairly loose? Is it okay, then (except obviously when biking)?

Are they that cold assuming there is no wind?
Not restrictive -- think ab out it -- it's a waistband with extra cloth. But you do have to be aware to not show your underwear. No cartwheels. No kicking out your leg.
And yes -- they are cold. Your legs are relatively bare up to your underwear, unless you choose to wear tights. Even pantyhose aren't really warm.

One office I worked in had the AC redone and it was stuck on 65. We had to wear suits. My skirts were longer and wool, and I had boots, but I would wear pantihose and thick tights. I discovered that as nobody could tell, I could wear pants under the skirt and did.
I remember being taught how to sit 'ladylike' in a skirt as a kid. Now I wear them so seldom, last time a floor length one, that the major problem is trying to sit comfortably without a side show.
You can't bend over or squat in a skirt without being very careful not to show your bottom. If you don't care who sees your "equipment", then that doesn't matter.
And YES! they are cold. The wind doth blow up. Also, if you live in an area with gnats and mosquitoes, the bugs will drive you insane as they creep and crawl upwards.

Just put one on without any underwear and notice how nice the material feels on your legs and other areas. I bet you will enjoy it.
