Well, if I had a horse in this race, which I don't, being a man, I'd vote for preppy. It might be because I was one. I attended an all male, military prep school. However, I had the preppy style even before then and maintained it throughout my working life. I have always been clean-shaven, my hair, when I had some, was always been well trimmed and I dressed extremely well.
In another thread you said you "bath, shower, then bath" once a week. Do you notice that women are only apt to approach you the day of or maybe the day after you get clean? Just curious.
To answer the question, I could go either way. I don't mind facial hair, a grungy kind of look, etc, really, but body cleanliness is a must.

Nope.
When people who know me find out about my hygiene habits they usually shocked. That they are shocked indicates that there are no issues with my hygiene. If I were to generally stink, then they would not be shocked to find out how irregularly I bathed.
Most people over clean themselves, damaging their skin.

I'm sorry but the thought of a guy dragging all of the accumulated dirt, dead skin, natural oils of the body, sweat, must (from sweat mixing with bacteria on the skin) and other environmental pollutants into bed over the course of a week is far from being attractive, appetizing or inticing on any level. Not to mention that most people usually can not smell their own funk.

I'd advise you to educate yourself on skin health.
I typically have no issues with other people smelling my funk, because my skin is healthy, unlike most people's.
I do have some idea, yes. No one ever mentions it. And, when I tell people about my bathing habits they don't believe me. If people smelled "funk", when I told them that I only bathed once a week, they would not be surprised. But they are surprised. I can only conclude that my outward appearance and smell is in no way worse than anyone else's.

Since you have ignored the question several times I believe that it is safe to assume that you also do not wash your bed sheets very often. So you are most certainly are not as "clean" as you think that you are.
