Do you tend to dress in neutrals? Black only? Lots of colors? Lots of patterns?

What is your color personality?

Today I was in a meeting, and I felt like the odd one out. The other women were in black, grey, cream, and white. I had on an orange skirt, black and white graphic blouse and an electric blue cardigan.

When I was in my late teens and early 20s, I was a lot less colorful. I stuck to neutrals and subdued colors. Sometimes in my 20s, I decided "quiet" colors made me feel less energetic and cheerful so I started adding in more brights. Lately I have been experimenting with mostly brights and neutral accents.

How about you?

I probably should wear more black, but I like colors. I love reds, purples, blues and greens. Light colors usually wash me out. I usually prefer jewel tones. I do have some dark pants, skirts etc but I pair them with some color on top.

I prefer colors, but nothing extremely vivid. I like colors that have a bit of gray in them. Muted colors look better on me, like apricot, rather than orange; sage green, rather than lime green; plum, rather than fuschia.

A few years ago I ditched all the black in my wardrobe, except pants. Black next to my face is very aging. So I will wear brown, or navy -- rarely, but generally I'm lit up like a Christmas Tree with colors.

Turquoise aqua and teals are my favorites.

My wardrobe is pretty much Navy, Cream, and Beige for main items of clothings like Blazers, Skirts, Blouses with the odd splash of colour in accessories like Gloves, Hats, Pashminas and Jewellery ( the splashes being usually Royal Blue, Purple, Green ). I have never really felt that comfortable wearing bright colours even as a kid. I actually like it when people wear colourful clothing but it simply does not suit me IMO. And I have no black in my wardrobe either except for one evening dress, shrug and evening jacket. Navy is my Black.

I wear colors, too....black is boring as all get-out! I think most think it's an "anything, anytime" color, but it's simply boring.
