If, on the other hand, you really want to pique their interest, carry a rding crop while wearing the boots.
Now thats a idea.
I love boots. I like them flats and knee high and always were the boots over the pants. A friend of ours once said he really liked them. We used to tease him because a woman in the right boots could just steal away his attention, so we'd just say 'look, boots' and he go looking trying to find them.
I've gotten some looks by guys, but more by conservatively dressed females who just don't think its right at all. I usually turn around and smile at them.
My shoe wardrobe consists of sandles and boots. no regular shoes. If its cold enough for boots I have a pair.
Now, a guy in a wonderfuly funky pair, especially laced up to the knee, or with lots of buckles, and his hair kind of longish, oh YEAH
An older man (old enough to be my father) recently told me he liked my boots (I had never spoken to him before but see him daily when I pick my kids up from school). A few days later he approached my car to tell me he thought I was gorgeous. I thought that was very sweet of him. I don't know if he really cared about my boots or just used it as an excuse to speak to me. Either way, it was cute.
I've never had a guy compliment my shoes. Maybe I wear crappy footwear.
Me neither! LOL!
Although I have had men compliment me on outfits. And I think the sentiment is the same as the boots.
