If you have this: a pair of diamond studded earring, 1 karat per side.

That'll be too much. It needs something very subtle, if anything at all.

I wouldn't wear a necklace because the dress itself is so busy.

Some gorgeous dangly earrings (maybe beaded) and a contrasting clutch, maybe a cocktail ring if you're going formal.

LOL at the specifics of 1 carat per side.

No necklace, that dress has a lot going on already. Like others suggested, go for some dangling or drop earrings, like these:

Plain gold hoops (probably heavier/chunkier, maybe hammered, vs. thin, wirey hoops). I'm always torn on necklaces with busy, print dresses. I'd probably go without. Maybe a gold bangle.

I've always felt that if the dress is understated, that's when to wear bold, "look at me" jewelry, but when the dress is what makes the statement, keep the jewelry downplayed and classic. Otherwise, it can look costumey.

No necklace... No jewelry or only one of the following (I would not do any diamond or metallic):

- simple enameled cuff or bangle bracelet (not embellished) in complementary dress color, like this (prefer a wider one but couldn't find it)

Alexis Bittar Skinny Tapered Bangle | Nordstrom (http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/alexis-bittar-skinny-tapered-bangle/3273307?origin=category&resultback=3289 - broken link)

OR

- these Kendra Scott earrings (suggested by TheImportersWife)

Danielle Earrings in Amethyst - Earrings - Kendra Scott Jewelry

For the purse, I'd do a small satchel of raffia, with or without complementary dress color detail (couldn't find one, but I know it's out there!) Something like this but not in green and NOT a shoulder bag (no straps on your shoulders) - Talbots - Patent & Raffia Shoulder Bag | Raffia | Discover your new look at Talbots. Shop our Patent & Raffia Shoulder Bag for stylish clothing and accessories with a modern twist at Talbots
