Least favorite fashion trends-

1. Stretched earlobes
2. Hobbit hair (at least it’s not permanent)
The streched earlobe thing is definitely disgusting. On either sex. I knew my friend used to wear them. He was a hipster but it still looked nasty and gross on him. I asked him does he ever take it out? And he told me no! I was like, how about when you shower? And he's like, he keeps it on! WTF. Not only is he very unhygienic and nasty but also he doesn't realize how many diseases and infections he could get. So nasty. I wish this trend and the hipster clothes would die.

Enlighten us. What diseases can he get that he couldn't get from any other kind of piercing?

I don't dig guaged ears, but you're awfully high and mighty claiming that you are more hygienic and even healthier because you don't follow the trend.

Potato sacks and aluminum can shoes! I've never actually seen anyone wear these, but i'm sure it wouldn't be good.

Jeans or pants that are really skinny at the ankles.
"
On guys, it's just a nauseating joke. Why did this ever happen? The big "guy-feet" at the bottom of the skinny ankle pants just make you look like a gay clown.

On super-thin young women and girls, maybe. But if you are 30 or over and you weigh more than 105, the skinny pants being so skinny at the ankles just make the rest of you look wide.

Everyone seems to refer to these as "skinny jeans" but I'm not talking about them being skinny/tight in the hips, butt, and legs, just at the bottom. A thin or even normal size woman can look good in jeans that are a little tight, as long as the bottom of the leg is straight or slightly boot cut.

the most irritating trend for me, because it's so pervasive that it's damn near impossible for me to find boots i like and can afford, is skinny jeans tucked into mid-calf or knee-high boots.

this has resulted in lots and lots of boots that are super big and slouchy around the ankle, to accomodate the jeans, and it makes women with beautifully shaped legs look like they have "cankles". when did everyone start thinking ankles are taboo again?

I kinda like the slouchy boots.... My lower legs are too long for regular boots so with those at least I get to enjoy the trend a little

i still think it's pretty dumb whether the boots are slouchy or not. if you want to show off your boots, wear shorts or something.
