Trying to find a store similar to Marcianno and Bebe (fashion, brands)

I like the urban, fashion foward, flirty looks of these brands but because I live in Florida, I want something a bit more casual, also it wouldn't hurt if there were cheaper options.

But I will not give up quality for a cheaper price!

Try H&M or Windsor Fashions, both cheaper brands. I don't know if you have this store, but also try Francesca's collections. All those stores are online if you want to look them up too. Forever 21 is so poorly made now so I wouldn't bother with them.
