How do you get rid of it?? I'm thin but the back of my thighs are making me fear wearing a bikini for a whole week on spring break in a couple weeks. I noticed when I tan, it goes away, but I can't afford that right now. Thoughts?

Whether or not you have it is basically genetic.
You can minimize it, but it will never go away....

how much and what kind? I dance about 4 hours/week, I know I need more, but all I can think to add is walking/running.

Pitt chick-how do I minimize it? All I got so far is tanning, but I'm poor right now and that's dangerous.

Dancing is great, but only 4hrs a week? I would add walking or running to your regime. Probably walking, since you wouldn't want to risk injury.

Swimming is great too.

Another thing is, not worrying about it! It's probably worse in your mind than in reality anyhow!

swimming sounds wonderful, I just don't have a pool or very good technique. I've been wanting to learn though.

And yes, its bad, I wanted to cry when I was at Target trying on clothes the other day, and they had a 2 way mirror...it was nasty. I don't want to offend anyone on the beach in a few weeks, lol.

Whether you appear to have cellulite or not depends on the connective tissue in your body. Of course, being larger can make it appear worse, but even some "skinny minnies" have visible cellulite!

There is a surgical procedure to cut the connective tissue (that is too tight, and makes skin look "puckered"), but you can't "exercise it away" and there are no magic creams or lotions, either!

Bear in mind that the overhead lighting in dressing rooms will make it look worse than it actually is....in the sun, on the beach, it will NOT look like it did in Target!!!!!!

Thanks for the tips! I don't usually think twice about my cellulite cause I never see the back of my thighs unless I'm in a dressing room. The lighting at Target was awful..I was literally gasping, it was that bad! It kinda scared me out of this trip I have planned but its all booked and I miss my friend that I'm going to visit so I'm sucking it up.

As others have stated, I'm sure it isn't as serious as its seems under the bright Target lights.
