Sunglasses , anyone ? (head, brands, cheap, thin)

How much would you spend for a pair of Sunglasses?
I bought one for 85 $ and feeling a wee bit guilty

Which are the best brands out there ...I liked Dior and Gucci ....
But bought neither one ....

I spent around $90 on some Marc by Marc Jacobs 2 years ago but I'm still wearing them. Over $100 is too much for me, although my husband has 2 pairs of $170 Oakleys!

I'm prone to losing or breaking sunglasses, so I never could justify spending a lot on sunglasses. Now if somebody bought me fancy expensive ones as a gift, I wouldn't say no...

I have a couple of pair of Prada sunglasses that the wife bought for me. One from Christmas 2009 and the other from 2008. I think she paid about $200 for each pair.

I ONLY wear them outside or while driving though. I refuse to be one of the idiots who wear sunglasses indoors (in the mall, Starbucks, Borders, etc.).

I have a pair of Maui Jim's from 2008 - $200, the steepest I've ever paid. I must have the polarized lenses; to me they're the best.

I'd like to get a new pair, I'm getting tired of these. Don't know quite when that will be, though.

I seem to have good luck with sunglasses - I don't lay them down, I put them away after every use, or prop them on my head.

The key is to not wear them or wear a cheaper pair when you're doing some kind of extreme activity.

I have a couple pairs of Maui Jims that were over $250. I LOVE MJs! My husband got me hooked.

I also have a pair of Cartier rimless sunglasses. They were pricey.

I've also owned Chanel, but they were junk and don't compare to Maui Jim.
