Here's a fun topic...

Sorry, this is just me, but I cringe when I see men without sleeves anywhere but the pool, the beach and working on their own property.

A couple of weeks ago, I sat on an airplane next to a guy who thought who thought his wife-beater looked "tight". He proceeded to rest his hand behind his head and leave his exposed armpit in my face for about half the flight...

In my opinion, no sleeves, no restaurants, no bars, no public transport... I am not a prude by any means, but to me, dressing properly shows self-respect... And the lack of sleeves is a faux-pas that needs to be addressed!

Just mind your business and you'll be just fine.

I gotta agree. I don't like men in "tank tops." yuck. They are for women. And the wife-beater thing is, IMO low class, or NO CLASS!

I hate that look. Tank tops are for women. And preferably a lean, fit, woman with toned arms, and a bra. And huge breasted heavy woman should probably pass as well! lol.

If I have to sit with YOUR armpit in MY face for 2 hours... It's now my business.

Is it possible for people to debate a light-hearted topic with rude snarks?

I've got some of those wife-beater shirts (they can't technically be t-shirts because without sleeves they can't form a "t"). They remind me of some guy from a 40s movie who lives in a fleabag apartment, smokes a short cigar, and yes, smacks his wife. I almost never wear one. Just sometimes, when I am watching Turner Classic Movies and I want to get into the mood.

If the guy doesn't stink, I have no problem with it. And if he's muscular, I encourage it.

I'm not a fan of tank tops on guys, looks ok at the beach and they need good arms, but whatever...I can't stand the wife beater ones and think those look tacky, but again whatever....and working on THEIR OWN PROPERTY? Well, they can wear what they want, it's their property...if he wants to wear a dress so be it lol
