What can I do to work the upper inner thighs? I'm getting really toned and firm over the rest of my legs. But inner thighs are still as flabby as ever, way to jiggly for my liking. Have lost 12 lbs and feeling stronger. What movement am I missing?

If it's fat that's jiggly, all you can do is work it off. But if you have slack muscles, try squeezing an exercise ball between your knees. That's all the Thigh Master is: squeezing something that gives some resistance.

I got my thighmaster cheap on ebay! I would say get one of those and some dudes in here gave me a suggestion to work the back of my leg too and it helped with that area as a side effect.

Top Ten Butt Exercises

I do : 1,4,6,7,9,10

Not all at once..I get bored and rotate.I don't do actual kickboxing but the kicks I learned in jujitsu.

You cannot target a certain place. You have to do cardio and keep lifting weights.

You certainly can tone specific target areas. Otherwise there would not be exercises designed for specific parts of body. The rest of my legs and butt are getting toned except for this area so its obvious I'm not exercising that area.

Sumo sqauts are supposed to be good for the inner thighs.

Of course you can target a certain place for toning purposes. Perhaps you are confused and are thinking about fat burning.

OP, here is something you can do for your adductors. Start off without weights, and increase as neccessary. You can use a body bar instead of what you see here too, lay one end on the foot/leg that is doing the movement and lightly hold the other end.

For more ideas, do a search using the term "adductor" instead of inner thigh.

Thanks for the exercise. I remember in physical therapy having to do that one. Is it good for the hip too because I think that is what they had me do it for? Thanks for telling me the adductor term because I didn't know what that area is called and couldn't find the inner thigh mentioned on bodybuilding.com oddly enough.

Inner thigh = adductor
Outer thigh = abductor

I am sure you will find them both on bodybuilder.com
