What does poverty and this note have to do with it? Have you read it?
Most likely nothing.
It's just every time DKM starts wringing his hands about "Putin's imposed poverty," ( anything *terrible* that Putin does to Russian people in general, I have an urge to remind him where this poverty REALLY comes from.)

From what I remember, some shady "business deals."
(No wait, that was only one of the the charges.
He has couple of other though - "the slander" and the illegal usage of someone else's material ( pictures made by someone else in this case.)
That's why technically speaking he was not even allowed to leave the country in the first place, during this whole ordeal.
So once back in Russia, he will have to go straight back to that court.
It's better to let Russia continue to be looted by their authorities and their "connections". This is the natural order of things and this despicable man dares try to upset that order. He deserves his fate.
