Ok, that might be a guy I'd watch and support. If there are people out there doing something positive with the exposure then I support it.

Llama guy, no. He needs to go.

i don't watch any youtube video that is on the front page or looks to have professional production value.

I tend to be backwards from mainstream behavior as I give credence and attention to lesser known channels. That's just me.

There are a few YouTube channels I watch...

NomadicFanatic (yes, I know there is controversy surrounding his e-begging, however, the guy does make interesting travel videos and is good at filming things).

EatYourKimchi (A Canadian couples take on living in Korea, soon to be Japan)

TheUkuleleTeacher (this is how I learned to play the ukulele. His tutorials are by far some of the best for beginners)

JeremyJahns (He does great movie reviews)

PostModernJukebox (Check out the covers these people collaborate on. Brilliant!)

AskAMortician (Everything you ever wanted to know about death and the people who do the embalming)

As for overrated? Trisha Paytas comes to mind.

Bunch of no talent hacks becoming famous for being useless.

Meanwhile, someone so talented like Dami Im doesn't get all the views she deserves.

He doesn't appear on Vet Ranch like he did in the beginning now he has 3 channels that have all reached over 1 million subs. His demolition ranch is just him shooting guns and his off the ranch is his home life the latter being more our speed. (plus vet ranch) I can't find out any of his earnings but it has to be a bunch for the house they live in, the trips they take, all the ammo & weapons he shoots, the vehicles they drive and all his toys & tools.

Here's the thing about him now having bought out his dad's vet clinic, he seems to be taking trips more than doing vet work.

His dad, 2 brothers and a sister all have YT channels now as well.

Roman Atwood

Just don't see the appeal of this dude at all he started off doing pranks I'm told then went into apparel with his "Smile More" branding. Even has other YTubers wearing his apparel in their videos.

The guy bugs me for some reason he's a shoot 'em up guy too that lives in Ohio I believe.
