It's not okay to me for anyone to spread the wealth around. If you mean by the rebate checks he gave out, I think the rebate checks are a good thing if the money goes to the people who actually paid taxes.

Again, you dodge the point. Why is Biden saying that Obama isn't going to spread the wealth around, when Obama himself said he is? And I don't think Bush "spread the wealth" to the wealthy. I think everyone should be taxed fairly, not the rich taxes excessively and not the poor being given money that was paid in taxes by the rich.
