How can "privatizing" give the wrong impression? It is what it is.

We know the Republicans want to do away with social security, as it's known today. In fact, if they could, they'd slash everything that was done by FDR. Bush wanted that as his "legacy" (some legacy), but he was stopped in his tracks by the American people.
