No doubt about that, and it goes double or triple for Palin

The thing that amazes me is that 6 months ago all kinds of conservatives and neo-cons were hammering McCain - if McCain got the nomination Limbaugh predicted the end of the Republican party, Coulter said she would work for Hillary. I don't think it is an overstatement that Conservatives despised McCain only a few short months ago. Now, except for a few like Will, they have all fallen in line.

Party trumps country - they are learning from McCain.

Well said George Will, well said. This is yet another brilliant op-ed piece by George Will that beautifully captures the problem with McCain and neo-cons.

Seriously, it's almost like a backhanded endorsement of Obama; Will has basically trashed McCain to the lowest common denominator.

Default McCain loses his head...

Again a fine example of a short tempered and hot headed McCain... Does he have the level headed judgement skills to lead us? I think not.

"Under the pressure of the financial crisis, one presidential candidate is behaving like a flustered rookie playing in a league too high. It is not Barack Obama. "

"the more one sees of his impulsive, intensely personal reactions to people and events, the less confidence one has that he would select judges by calm reflection and clear principles, having neither patience nor aptitude for either. "

When did I start caring what the Washington Post had to say? Oh wait - I didn't!

It is obvious you have no intelligent response to McSame's actions...do me a favor and only respond with an intelligent response to the thread...is that possible? Can you give me ANY insight to the link I posted? Did you read it?

McCain is both imcompetent and irrational... a truly horrific combination for the White House. He might even be worse than W.

I actually think he is suited to be President, but Barack Obama is just more so.
