It is well-known now that Bush lied to justify going to war. He lied. He deceived Congress, the UN, and the world into thinking that attacking a sovereign nation was justified. No WMDs had been found. No imminent threat presented itself. Bush lied and McCain acquiesced. Prior to the '04 election, the poor military strategy was causing severe casualties. Already unable to defeat their ideology at that point, we were losing the military confrontation. Yet Bush lied again in saying that we were making progress. Again, McCain acquiesced. He gave Bush his full support. The man supported a lying president, costing this country Trillions. He caused over 4100 families to get that call that their loved one was killed in battle, neck slashed, blown up, shot, beheaded, and so forth...for what? Not to mention all those maimed, crippled, and ruined for life. It was a collosal error in judgment on McCain's part to continue and support this lunacy.

Doesn't this bother you McCain supporters? The man had 8 YEARS to advocate change, but did nothing but play follower. Now he's even lying in his campaign ads. Not good.

I think that strategy had served McCain well in the past, before the internet where every person can fact check so easily.
In the old days they would rely on the media to cause confusion.
There would be some in the media who caught them in lies, but also many in the media who would spin for them and make the lie appear to be true.
He is still relying on that old confusion of the age before computers.

He cannot even log on to a computer himself.
He does not know how the world has changed for the average American.

He lives in the past.
He even seems to remember, way back when the continents were united and Spain was connected to South America!
Can you believe that he actually thought that?
How out of it can you be?
