I know there are PLENTY of people who do not stand with George Bush, however, whoever is elected this year - Obama or McCain, will you stand behind them regardless of who you want to win?

YES, I will, maybe kicking and screaming a bit to myself. But I will not bash them at all.

Absolutely not. I haven't supported a president since Clinton and I waned in that support during his 2nd term.

Yes

I'm an Obama supporter but I happen to like both of the candidates running. McCain was my #1 choice on the GOP side and I was rooting for him in the GOP primaries, in case the candidates I supported on the Dem side didn't win. Which were--in order--Mark Warner, Evan Bayh, Vilsack, and finally Barack Obama.

I haven't always supported a sitting president like I should, and I regret that, but I wholeheartedly believe that it is the right and moral thing to do. Come to think of it, maybe I'm confusing support with respect. I believe in respect for authority, but I think it's perfectly okay to disagree.

WHY would I support a president I don't agree with????

This isn't a dictatorship(yet)...we are not obligated to support our "leader".
