Who cares? They are black. They should be happy to be invited to the party.

1. Palin “Joined a Secessionist Political Party”
She did not join but she did offer up a speech for their convention in support of the party. It may not be joining, but it's not exactly keeping them at a distance either.

2. Palin Supported a “Nazi Sympathizer”
She can spin it however she wants, but this is partially true. However you label Buchanan, she did show support for him.

3. Palin “Wants Creationism Taught in School”
The article says that "Palin has spoken in favor of classroom discussions of creationism", so it's really splitting hairs to say she wants it discussed but not taught. Her intent is pretty clear.

5. Palin “Opposes Sex Education”
The article says "The explicit sex-ed programs will not find [Palin's] support," and "Palin favors abstinence-based sex education programs." She can label them explicit or anything else she wants, but she is still opposed to teaching sex education in schools.

Okay, don't know if this is the best thread for this comment, but there are soooo many threads on Palin already.

I keep hearing that she has only been gov. for 2 years. But it has only been 1.5 years (inagurated on Dec. 5, 2006). Maybe I'm splitting hairs, but 2 years seemed bad enough, but it hasn't even been a full two years...

They say she has executive experience because of being gov., but 1.5 years is not enough to help enact policy and see it through. There have been plenty of plans that seemed great the first few months, but totally bombed in the long run. How do we really know that she has enough experience to really make a difference?

FOX? talk about a network in the pocket of the republican party! try a story from CNN, or even the AP. (not NBC because they lean too far to the opposite side)

But all the energy dedicated to proving her patriotism and wholesomeness is hillarious.

I mean, did Fox News ever give Barack Obama the same courtesy when only a few months ago, Barack Obama was attacked far worse than what's now happening to Palin.
The difference is that in Obama's case it was true and there were images that proved it!

I'll take the writing on the wall. The more documents the Press crawls through in Alaska the more the truth comes out. The earmark oil queen who's afraid of the Press will have to talk to them eventually. I've never seen a candidate swiftboat themself, but she certainly is doing her best.
