People who said "because he will make history" 8%
People who actually cited an idea, but couldn't back it up 17% People who actually cited an idea, but could back it up 13%
People who said "I dont know that much about him" or similar 11%

Barack Hussein Obama II admitting that the Surge worked is big news. The Surge has been working for many months. Obama catches on real fast.

Neither convention is a success unless you just like hearing the same old mud slinging BS from the same ads run over and over and over just spoken live by people who no one voted for in the primaries.
It would be nice to know more about Palin other than the fact that she can read a speech someone wrote for her and was not properly vetted to be VP of the US. It would be nice to see where Obama and Biden stand on the issues as well as Mccain since honestly, they only talk about how much the other person sucks as opposed to how they are going to help this country move forward.
I am truly disappointed that you and others find these conventions a success when we have learned nothing new about anyone. Waste of time, waste of money and waste of a vote in this BS two party system.
