"If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won't act, we will," Obama said.
"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama said on Wednesday the United States must be willing to strike al Qaeda targets inside Pakistan, adopting a tough tone after a chief rival accused him of naivete in foreign policy."
SOURCE

"As President, I would make the hundreds of millions of dollars in U.S. military aid to Pakistan conditional, and I would make our conditions clear: Pakistan must make substantial progress in closing down the training camps, evicting foreign fighters, and preventing the Taliban from using Pakistan as a staging area for attacks in Afghanistan."
SOURCE

September 3rd, 2008 - 3:56 pm ICT by ANI -
Islamabad , Sept 3 (ANI): An important terrorist target in a remote part of Pakistan situated along the Afghanistan border may have been hit in the early morning attack today by the US-led NATO forces, believe top Pakistan security officials. They are searching for clues to confirm whether the terror target was hit in the attack, in which at least 15 people were reportedly killed.
The operation took place near the village of Angor Adda in Pakistan ‘’s South Waziristan region, considered a notorious sanctuary for al Qaeda and Taliban militants. Eyewitnesses said the strike involved helicopter gunships, reported cbsnews.com.
SOURCE

We appear to be going after the enemies in Pakistan. Should a President Obama abandon this effort and his policy to act on intelligence about high value targets? Apparently Senator Biden agrees to some extent with Senator Obama, as you've mentioned he has extensive foreign policy experience and he's joined Senator Obama's ticket.

He has been a Senator for 4 years and has went 2 times. Senators are welcome to travel on our money and he chose not to.

And when she was in Kuwait at least she met with the troops, Obama wouldnt even the time to meet with them.
