Progressive Oakland values?

I guess Kamala Harris wants to bring progressive "Oakland values" to the White House.

Progressive means filth, third-world quality of life, no sense of community, collapse of morals, rampant crime, disease outbreaks and filth.

Not to mention a tiny middle-class but a good sized amazingly wealthy elite living in areas very seperated from the rampant third-world filthy conditions.

4 homicides in 5 hours, robbery capitol of America, United Nation's concerned about the living conditions, hepatitis outbreaks and other diseases rampant and used hypedermic needles greeting rail passengers.
