Maya Angelou a well renowned black poet supports Hillary and has very high regard for Hillary. Her face lite up when talking about Hillary. When they ask her about Rev Wright she said he got carried away with passion and was not using his wisdom and then she kind of made a face... of course she can't say what she really feels about him but her few words and expression told it all. She said of Obama that he was very bright. I think the black community would rally to Hillary and would not harbour negative feelings about Hillary due to Obama because they have supported the Clintons for many years and most of them remember how much the Clintons have done for them. I know the blacks want a black president but I think they will rally behind Hillary if the time comes in order to protect their own interest.

The strangest thing is that Maya Angelou was recently at an event in Rev Wright's church while he was present.

This holds about the same value to me, as saying that Bill Clinton supports Hillary... 95% of the public can support her and I'll still think the same.

so I guess Maya Angelou is racist and anti America because she attended Wright's church even after the Wright fiasco happened. Its funny how its ok for Maya Angelou and not ok for Obama.

Could you remind me of what the Clintons, especially Bill (the first black president), have done for blacks. Thanks

I have seen amny black politicans say that Bill Clinton did more for blacks than any president. Maybe you should ask them.I always thought the record shws that Johnson did more for blacks than any president since Lincoln. But then many elderly will forget that after uyears of promises ;it was Bush that got medicare prescription drugs passed.

Not for 20 years. Last time I checked, Maya wasn't running for President either. But you keep watering it down and trying to weasel out of it. Obama has a lot of baggage. He's not as clean and magical as he is articulate.
