It’s amazing how Hillary’s magic is making some people fall on their’ daggers just for her course… This shockingly includes the one and only Rush Limbo; USA’s social public enemy number 1 and perennial hate monger number 1., who’s nightmare teachings on talk radio is obligating followers to vote for Hillary.

Of course he is. He knows very well that if she becomes the Nominee, McCain is going to win.

Yeah, the Republicans know that average Americans don't like Clinton. Obama has the youth vote, the black vote, the higher educated vote. And those are people who would just as likely stay home (black and youth) or vote for McCain (highly eduucated). He has the right idea. Obama has already proven that he draws in Independents and some Republicans whereas Hillary drives away those groups plus plenty of Democrats.

Yeah, I essentially agree with most of this.
The other issue though is that right now the Republicans are not all that fired up about their candidate so the biggest risk for them is that their turnout is low. Rush's hope is that the presence of a "dreaded" Clinton on the Democratic ticket will fire up the Republicans to turn out in large numbers. In my opinion, that is the Repubicans best hope for victory.

I agree. Nothing could get Republicans more fired up than a Clinton, or mentions of gay rights. Bush successfully used the gay rights issue against Kerry in 2004 so it's a bit tired right now since there isn't any big legislation involving it right now. Clinton is their only shot for a high turnout.

I know this has to be the number 1 reason.

If you listen to Rush, you will know the reason Operation Chaos started.

To keep this Dem fight going for a long, long time. So the two dems will pound each other relentlessly. So they will spend oodles of money doing just that. So that the fight for the nomination will go ALL THE WAY TO THE CONVENTION, which Hill&Bill have already promised to do.

Good times ahead.

Just consider the fact that each and every candidate favored by Limbaugh (Thomson and Romney) has ended up going down in flames. He doesn't like McCain all that much, either.

Go Rush!

He might be back on drugs but also he may just be part of that whole Bush-Clinton-Clinton-Bush-Bush-Clinton- scam.

Exactly. If Obama was down but close he'd be pushing Obama. Trying to grasp which of these two is a more difficult foe is risky -- Hillary would certainly make it close winning some crucial states. Obama is much more risky; could win but more likely to go the route of another crushed lib - Dukakis.
