If Hillary Clinton ever becomes a president, will there be loophools for her to pardon her husband's impeachment?

I say loophole because according to this article impeachments cannot be pardoned, yet there is still some vagueness, and I won't be surprised that being what she is, Hillary Clinton could do anything to get what she wants, as ironical as it would be in the case of Bill Clinton's impeachment case.

Why, surely one cares at least what an example the U.S. president sets for the young Americans?

I don't think a President can pardon a congressional impeachment. There is nothing in the constitution that would allow for it.

Actually Clinton was impeached for lying under oath. Unfortunately that was spun to the lowest common denominator.
It should be informative that the Arkansas Bar pulled his license over it.

As far as a pardon, there's nothing to be pardoned. People confuse "impeachment" with "conviction" when all it is would be the equivalent of an indictment.

If she somehow could, it would be a definite case of "Conflict of Interest".

thanks for the clarification......the same people who ask these types of question are the same ones complaining that the current administration (Obama) is unconstitutional....they're talking out of their asses aren't they?

Pray point out where the OP made such complaints, or anything even closer?

As for impeachment and pardon, I just realized the link I provided in the op is not working, so here it is again:

Can President Clinton Pardon Himself?

People that even talk of this do not understand what they are saying as President Clinton was never impeached. Impeachment means that he was removed from office, which he was not~ so entire argument is if fact moot.

OK people~ get your facts straight as you are attempting to claim something that is in fact in clearly in error.
