Politico is not on the left.

Still, I don't wanna see another dynastic political family. One politician per family should be the quota if you ask me. We have 300 million people in America. Can't we find other qualified candidates for these nominations?

Here's the current Illinois dirt:

Illinois state senator Trotter facing gun charge says plans to continue run for Congress - The Washington Post

This is the same guy who is very much in favor of Illinois law that makes concealed carry a crime.
Now we are supposed to believe he was moon lighting as a security guard and forgot he had a loaded gun in his garmet bag.

He intended to run for the now vacated Jesse Jackon seat.Ole Jesse is under federal investigation and has been hiding out at mayo Clinic for depression/bipolar.
The fun never stops in Illinois.

We have 2 former governors in prison, a Democrat and a Republican.

Maybe it's the water.
