My definition of a landslide isn't merely "more than 300 EVs" (I do think Obama will get over 300 EVs, however).

I want to see a 2-1 ratio of EVs before I even think of pulling out the term 'landslide', personally. YMMV

How's that?
I'd be happy to make that wager with you! But you need to agree you will do the same, okay? Also, I have $500 on Obama on Intrade, so I am putting my money where my mouth is.

BINGO...!

This creates the possibility of a sizable victory for Obama.
Currently, he’s favored in all of Romney’s phase two states.
If he wins all of these states – Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania – he will have 281 electoral votes.
The more he then eats into Romney’s phase one states, the higher that number will climb.
Win Colorado, and Obama would be at 290. Add Virginia and he’ll be at 303. Throw in Florida and he’s at 332. And if he could somehow grab North Carolina too, he’d be at 347 – not far off the 365 he secured four years ago.

The liberals are making the mistake of not counting the undecideds, which will mostly go to Romney. Also, the large over weighting of democrats in all of the polls is a big miscalculation by the pollsters.

Well bt, it's not like these posts are going to disappear after the election so the winning side could just go back and look up all those on the other side who were running theirs mouths nonstop and rub it in.

It seems though that the Obama cult members are the ones doing most of it though.

LOL

That is not going to happen. And IF it does, and if Romney wins to popular vote big, what does that show you? It shows you that the majority in this country are ticked off at Obama and want him out.

With Indies on Romney's side and a higher GOP turnout this time, I think Romney takes it. Probably close but if Romney can take either Ohio or PA, both of which are in play, he obviously wins. He stands a good chance to take either of those states.

You liberals better count your lucky stars that California, one of the most screwed up states in the country economically and otherwise, bleeds blue and gets 55 EV's. If California were Red or a toss up even, liberalism wouldnt have a chance.

Romney will still lose the popular vote but it will be close. Obama will win HUGE when it comes to electoral points though.

California still has the largest economy in the US, bigger than 2nd and 3rd combined. If it were a country, it would be the 5th largest in the world. California doesn't have a economy problem, just pension problem. The real estate market is still crazy here especially San Francisco. The counties that are having problems are the conservative parts like Bakersfield, Stockton etc.
