John McCain wants the debates to stop because he says they are making the candidates look bad.

LMAO

Does he not realize that the debates are making the candidates look bad because they ARE bad? If there was one single person running on the GOP side who was something other than a pathetic loser, the debates would highlight that person.

Stop the debates and the GOP still has the same idiots vying for the nomination as they did while the debates were taking place.

He all but assured Obama's election. Would any thinking person assign credibility to his current comments?

Because he's been in Washington long enough to know everyone's dirty laundry, their assets and defects. This crop of candidates makes many Republicans cringe; McCain is far from alone.

As a democrat, the current crop of Republicans give me the giggles. John McCain made me cringe.......thankfully his incompetence at judgement was self evident when he selected Palin as a running mate.

McCain will neither allude to nor give up any dirt on anyone. He has far too much baggage himself to risk the inevitable reprisals. He will continue to milk his cash cow as long as possible and despite his anger over being soundly rejected in his presidential bid he won't do anything to derail his gravy train.

He is at best irrelevant.

He had nothing to do with selecting Palin as a running mate. That was an arranged marriage.
