Haven't they extended Northwestern past Transmountain most of the way to Westway also? Last time I checked there was a dirt roadway under construction all the way to--what's the name of that road that goes east past I-10 from Vinton south of Westway toward a quarry? Mendoza Road? It looks like Northwestern is going to end at that street and not go all the way to Westway. Then I think there's going to be another main drag along the pipeline road called Plexxar Road.

They are building the foundation of the hospital right now which requires a lot of work (excavation). After the foundation is built the hospital will be up in a matter of a few months. Remember, this hospital is (mostly) a private venture (Tenet Healthcare) so it will be built much faster than publicly funded projects (ie Downtown Plaza).

Was hoping for a target or super target. Wal-Mart is ok, but much prefer Target. In process of buying a home in Cimarron right now ...

The west side development is just getting started. We are starting to see enough roof tops to warrant more commercial development.

Last week the Big 8 across from Sam's on Mesa converted to a Food King Cost Plus concept (same owner).
They supposed price items at cost and add 10% at checkout.
Was there today and have never seen it so busy, the parking lot was packed.

Costco pays for itself. I saved over 400 just on the mortgage for this house.
