Summer Volunteer Opportunities (teacher, pass)

I would really like to volunteer somewhere for a few weeks or so during my summer break. I'm not sure what opportunities are available, but I can't find much by way of Google. Do any of you have any ideas to pass on to me? As I'm a poorly paid teacher it would need to be something where my expenses (transportation to and room & board while there) are paid or very inexpensive. Any help is appreciated!!! Have a great Thanksgiving!
