Former Vice President Al Gore declared that the Congressional climate bill will help bring about “global governance".

if there is any doubt that gore is clueless, this statement should prove it. it will bring about us subservience and less money for americans to spend, while they are spending their money on energy.

of course, the democratic party has morphed into something that seems to be interested in a world agenda, with not only the "climate change" (note not global warming now) as well as wiith our sending taxpayer money to the IMF. this is the same IMF whose Global Financial Stability Report already provides a baseline for assessing the scale of the losses that the last credit cycle will generate (gulp, over $4 trillion, with $2.8 TRILLION FROM THE UNITED STATES – TWO TIMES AS MUCH AS THE IMF FORECAST in October) and thus, in broad terms, the scale of the new capital the financial sector needs. A few years back, the IMF’s surveillance wasn’t perhaps as focused on the underlying risks of an unbalanced and highly leveraged world as it should have been. Just look at the IMF’s 2007 economic health check for the US , which declared – minus a caveat or two - that the core of the US financial sector was well capitalized and “RELATIVELY PROTECTED FROM CREDIT RISK.

these are global bankers trying to dominate the world economy on the backs of the workers, now with the help of our own congress!
