Just curious. I see a lot of descent about the passage of the bailout. I was wondering what kind of people were for or against the bailout.

Against Bailout and I am a business owner that does not rely on credit because if I did then I would be out of business. I also write extensively on my blog on this subject.

I voted against, but I would be for a bailout that was properly thought out.

Yeah, well it passed. It passed, and I didn't even get a kiss.

I've never been screwed this hard without a kiss before.

i am against this bailout. think about it. how long will it take to pay off the $700 billion? and at what interest is this money being borrowed from the federal reserve? that interest has to be paid back to the federal reserve. they will probably get over $2 trillion off of the borrowed $700 billion. who takes the interest money? CRIMINAL BANKERS!!!!

Thing that really bothers me is that now they are saying this will not even have an effect (whatever effect that may be) for 6 mos to a year. So we get the crash anyway, even after turning out our pockets. We will still see jobs lost, people will continue to lose their homes because there wasnt anything in this package to help them. They are thinking of letting judges consider these hardship cases and will be directed at low income minorities. I have no problem helping American low income minorities, but I suspect that the La Raza people will be dishing out 0% loans once again to illegal aliens. This bothers me very much. We need to keep our funds for our own citizens.

What bothers me is this whole thing has been really confusing for most people. They talk to their stock brokers and financial advisors, and these people know nothing about economics. I've been reading about how money and the global economy works for days and days now, and I'm still struggling to understand it all. This stuff is very complex!
