If this weight chart is right and my math is correct I'd guess at about 5-1/2 to 6 pounds, pretty signigicantly under breed standard. I'd guess some chihuahua slipped in along the lines somewhere.

Ideal weight for a MinPin varies, since their height can be from 9" to 15" for regular non-competeing MinPins. I believe the breed is fully grown at a little less than a year. Like mrs1885 stated, if your MinPin ends up fully grown and weighing between 5-6 lbs, then it would seem that something sneaked in there at some point, like a chihuahua.

Mine, which is supposedly a mixed breed, but looks pure, is almost 2 years old and just weighed in a 15 pounds and isn't overweight. (I just put her on my human scale). Mine was just a little bitty thing that maybe weighed a pound or two when I picked him up to foster him (then got sucked in by his handsome personality to adopt him)- maybe a couple pounds. It took a while before he was at full grown weight and I just recently got him a new collar since the other was getting tight.
