A woman in Grand Junction, CO is accused of stealing a dog from the back of a pick up truck. Her brother is accused of tying the dog to his truck and dragging it to it's death.

May they pay dearly; at least the suspects are known. Here in Pennsylvania, some sickos dragged a blind pony to its death a couple of years ago, and they've not been identified to my knowledge.
