Yeah, and those owners should be brought up on animal cruelty charges. They obviously didn't just raise their knee, they threw their knee at the dog probably out of anger and frustration.

my dog is way stronger than me when i take it for walks so my father only can handle it. But after when it calms down when it sees me, then she wont jump UNTIL i want to go back inside the house.

How big is this dog & how old are you? Do you have a training group nearby that can help? I know that some clubs reduce or even for free help train 4H kids.
