I was hoping to see a "Troy's been adopted by [insert name here]" caption at the end. Any word on what his status is? I hope that he's in his forever home getting all the love that he deserves.

Apparently this is a very recent rescue, Dawn. I don't use Facebook but I think the video showed a website. I googled the words "Eldad troy rescued pitbull" and came up with a FB page for him but I can't log in to see it.

I will but I purposely didn't "like" or "friend" either of Eldad's pages because I knew that if I kept seeing his stuff on my wall, I'd cry all day, every day.
I hope that Atina will let us know when Troy has found a home. I hope it's soon!

yeah Dawn I'm with you. I have to protect myself from too much emotion as well. I know about cruelty in this world and I don't need to see pictures and videos to be reminded.
Troy's rescue was very recent and I'm assuming he's going to be treated medically until he's well before he actually goes a forever home. I'll keep you guys posted!
P.S. Since then, Eldad has rescued two very pregnant pit (or pit-mixes). It never stops but fortunately, neither does he.
Folks, let me remind you again - we cannot allow specific links to one rescue, nor can we promote one rescue over another. It's considered advertising, no matter how good the cause. If we allow one, we have to allow all - and that just doesn't work because we can get into copyright, consumer complaints, and soliciting.
