Tantrum use to grab Thora's collar or harness and drag her around by it. When I would take the collar off Thora, he would grab her by the ears or neck.

It would really scare me as sometimes Thora sounded like she was going to kill the puppy. But she never hurt him, I guess she was just schooling him by putting up with it, when she got tired or he bite too hard, she put a stop to it.

I was not able to keep Tantrum long enough to resolve the issue, but a short leash kept on Tantrum while I was in the room allowed me to redirect him quickly, with a "no" or an "ut-oh" and a pull on the leash.
