We have noticed a bald patch on her elbow get larger and larger and yesterday when I looked at it I felt a large hard bump protruding from the surface of her skin.

It is scaly and very dry, but she doesn't seem bothered by it.

Any ideas?

thanks,

Dawn

Even if it has a bump on it?

If so, then good. That is what someone else told me. Our last dog died of a tumor/cancer on his elbow, but it was all internal. It just makes me worried!

Smile Dog's elbow

My rotti has a bald spot on his elbow and he is not an outside dog.
My vet told me big breeds are pron to this because of their weight.
He weights 130 lb.
Yes..... he is a big baby.
I dab a little vaseline on his elbow a few times a day, and always
at bedtime and massage in to keep it moist.
It helps
